Table reservation system
A table reservation system
with no cover fees
Take bookings online against real capacity and party-size rules, confirm them automatically, and cut no-shows with a reminder — without paying per diner.
In short
A table reservation system lets guests book online while the restaurant keeps control of capacity, party sizes and service windows. Orderzest handles bookings in the same dashboard as online ordering, so front of house works from one list instead of a paper diary and three phones. Guests get an instant confirmation and a reminder before arrival. There are no per-cover fees and no commission — pricing is a flat €10 per month.

Confirmations
The reminder that saves the covers
Every booking triggers an instant confirmation to the guest and an alert to the pass, plus a reminder before arrival. Fewer tables sit empty because four people forgot.

Add a Book a table button anywhere
One line of script puts a booking button on the website you already have — or share the link directly on Google, Instagram or a QR code on the table.
Why not just take bookings by phone
Because the phone rings during service. Nobody can run the pass, seat a table and take a booking at the same time, so calls go unanswered at exactly the hours guests want to book — and a missed call is a table you never knew you lost.
Online bookings also arrive with the details already correct: party size, date, time, contact. No handwriting to decipher at 19:00 on a Saturday.
How capacity rules work
You set how many covers you can take per service window and the minimum and maximum party size you accept. Bookings that would break those rules are simply not offered to the guest, so you are never overbooked by the software.
You can also set different rules by day — a quiet Tuesday and a full Saturday do not need the same limits.
Replacing FoodBooking
If you took bookings through FoodBooking, that product is retiring alongside GloriaFood on 30 April 2027. Moving bookings and ordering to one system means one migration rather than two — the shutdown guide covers what else stops working.
