FAQ

Questions restaurants
actually ask us

Pricing, migration, data ownership and how quickly you can be live. If your question is not here, email info@orderzest.com and a person will answer it.

Pricing and billing

How much does Orderzest cost?
€10 per month per restaurant, billed monthly, with a 14-day free trial and no card required to start. You can cancel at any time — there is no minimum term.
Does Orderzest take a commission on orders?
No. No commission, no per-order fee and no cover charge on bookings. The only variable cost is whatever your own payment processor charges to accept a card, and that goes to them, not to us.
Is the price per restaurant or per location?
Per restaurant. Multiple branches are billed separately and can be managed from one login.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your ordering and booking pages pause until you subscribe. Your menu, settings and data stay in place, so nothing has to be rebuilt if you subscribe later.

Getting started

How fast can I start taking orders?
Most restaurants publish the same day. Add your menu and hours, place a test order, then share the link on your website, Google Business Profile, Instagram or a QR code.
Do I need a website already?
No. Your ordering and booking pages work as standalone links you can put anywhere. If you do have a website, a one-line script adds Order and Book buttons to it.
Can I take delivery, collection and dine-in?
Yes. You choose which service types to offer and set separate hours, prep times and minimum order values for each.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. Everything is configured from the dashboard — menus, hours, delivery zones and promotions are all editable without touching code.

Switching from GloriaFood

Is GloriaFood really shutting down?
Yes. Oracle has issued an end-of-life notice and the published retirement date is 30 April 2027. There is no announced successor product.
Will you move my menu across for me?
Yes, at no cost. Send us your GloriaFood ordering page link or an exported menu file and we rebuild the full menu — categories, items, modifiers, add-ons and pricing — inside your account.
What stops working when GloriaFood closes?
The ordering page, website widget, Facebook order button, FoodBooking reservations and the linked payment processing. Export your menu and customer data before then.
Do I have to change my ordering links?
Yes — website Order button, Google Business Profile, Facebook and Instagram bios, WhatsApp status and any printed QR codes. We generate a new QR you can reprint.

Your data and your guests

Who owns the guest data?
You do. Contact details and order history are yours and exportable at any time, including if you decide to leave.
Can I export my data?
Yes, at any point. We do not hold your guest list hostage — that is the whole reason to run ordering on your own link rather than a marketplace.
Is Orderzest a marketplace?
No. There is no Orderzest app where guests browse restaurants. Your ordering page is yours alone, so you are never listed beside a competitor.
