In short

An online ordering system lets a restaurant take orders directly from guests through its own website or link, instead of through a delivery marketplace. Orderzest gives you a branded ordering page for delivery, collection and dine-in, with menus, modifiers, prep times, promotions and delivery fees all under your control. There is no commission on any order and no per-order fee — pricing is a flat €10 per month per restaurant, with a 14-day free trial.

Orders arrive on your page, not a listing

Share one branded URL for delivery, collection and dine-in. Put it on your website, your Google Business Profile, your Instagram bio or a QR code on the table. No coding, and no listing beside the three places down the road.

Kitchen flow

Every order lands in one queue

Orders appear on the pass with service type, items, modifiers and timing. Staff accept, set a prep time and the guest is notified automatically — no phone call, no handwritten docket, no lost order at 20:15.

Delivery

Charge honestly for the distance you actually travel

Draw your delivery areas on a map and price each zone flat or by distance. Guests see the real fee at checkout rather than a surprise at the door.

Marketplaces are good at discovery and expensive at everything else. A 15–30% commission applies to guests who already knew your name, and the platform keeps the email address, so you cannot bring them back yourself.

An ordering page under your own domain flips that. The guest sees your brand, the order history is yours and exportable, and the cost of the software does not move when you have a good month. Our commission calculator shows the annual difference at your own volume.

What is included

Everything below is in the €10 plan — nothing is metered and nothing takes a cut:

  • Branded ordering page for delivery, collection and dine-in
  • Menu categories, items, modifiers, add-ons and photos
  • Separate opening hours and prep times per service type
  • Map-drawn delivery zones with flat or distance-based fees
  • Promotions and discount codes
  • QR code ordering for tables, windows and flyers
  • Automatic order confirmations to the guest and alerts to the kitchen
  • A one-line website widget so the Order button lives on your own site

How fast can you go live

Most restaurants publish the same day: add your menu, set your hours, place a test order, share the link. If you are moving from GloriaFood, send us your existing ordering URL and we rebuild the whole menu for you at no cost — see the GloriaFood alternative page.

Online ordering system — FAQs

Questions we
get asked most

Does Orderzest charge commission on online orders?
No. There is no commission and no per-order fee. The €10 a month pays for the software. The only variable cost is whatever your own payment processor charges to accept a card, and that goes to them.
Can I take delivery, collection and dine-in on the same page?
Yes. You choose which service types to offer and can set different opening hours, prep times and minimum order values for each.
Do I need a website?
No. Your ordering page works as a standalone link you can share anywhere. If you do have a website, a one-line script adds an Order button to it.
How do guests pay?
Online by card through your own payment processor, or on collection/delivery if you prefer. Card fees go to the processor, never to us.
Can I run promotions?
Yes — percentage or fixed discounts, first-order codes and time-limited offers, all editable yourself without asking support.
